Langley Choirs Sweep "Gold" at Heritage Festival Orlando! (4/14/07)
What a phenomenal Spring Trip we had! Perfect weather; terrific group of choral students; rollercoasters, rides, and shows at Disney, Epcot, and Universal; fireworks; a Mardi Gras parade; and, of course, fantastic performances by all the choirs, capped off with an awards ceremony that had our kids and Dr. Lambert in the spotlight continuously!
To summarize the awards that the students brought home:
Outstanding Choir Award
(Awarded to the choir having the highest score of any participating choir in the competition. The Madrigals received 99 out of 100 points.)

The 2006 LHS Madrigal Feaste was filmed by Red Apple Channel 21 and the resulting segment is featured in SchoolScene #9, which aired on Channel 21 from December 25 - January 14.
